ACCESSIBILITY

FLAME Conference has a dedicated Accessibility Team focused on creating a more expansive conference environment. The Accessibility Team will be working with our staff, moderators, and presenters to provide an environment that is more accessible to all attendees.


Highlights of this work include:

• ASL Interpreters for every class, Opening Ceremonies, and the Keynote Speech

• Closed captioning for all classes and panels

• Designated note takers in each class

• Presenter Tips and Guide on working with ASL Interpreters and how to be accessible to our attendees

• ASL & HoH Social Room

• Registration fee on a sliding scale and scholarships available
